ELIGIBILITY: The Bioré TikTok Shop May 2026 Pore Strips Posting Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to any TikTok Shop Creators (“Creator(s)”) over the age of 18 who are residents of the United States and have an account with the Euka platform. Employees (and their families) of Kao USA Inc. (“Sponsor”) and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Challenge. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Challenge Period, Creators must follow a link to sign up for the Challenge through the Euka platform via a link shared by Sponsor or available on the Euka platform. Entrants must follow the instructions provided on Euka to select the 8-Count Original Deep Cleansing Pore Strips from the official Bioré TikTok shop (@bioreus) and create video content promoting the selected product on their TikTok Channel (“Content”). Samples of selected product may be provided, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to product samples availability. All Content must be original, include the hashtag #porestrippostingchallenge, be more than 10 seconds long, and comply with all entry requirements and the Challenge brief (“Brief”) available through the Euka Challenge sign-up link.

HOW TO WIN: The Euka tool will reward Creators for their highest level of achievement according to the Content and GMV Goal targets as laid out in the Prize Chart below. The total prize pool for this Challenge is $2,000 and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to Creators who meet the qualifying goals. Sponsor reserves the right to end the Challenge early if the prize pool is exhausted before the end of the Challenge Period. Winners will be contacted via direct message by June 7th, 2026, before 11:59 PM EST. Limit one reward per Creator.

PRIZE DETAILS: Total prize pool is $2,000. Sponsor reserves the right to end the Challenge early if the prize pool is maxed out. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address/household.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Content must be Creator’s original work, be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate and be relevant to the topic of the Challenge, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any product claims included in Content must be true and substantiated and in line with Sponsor’s product claims as provided in Sponsor’s Challenge Brief. Content must comply with the terms of the Challenge Brief. Content must be original, produced by Creator and must be true and verifiable. Content must comply with the TikTok Content Policy. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Content and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: For any Content that you post in connection with this Challenge, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without any additional compensation to you, other than the applicable Prize set forth above. The aforementioned rights of the Sponsor shall also include Sponsor’s right to put paid support behind any Content posted as part of the Challenge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules & decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final & binding in all respects relating to this Challenge; and (b) to release, discharge & hold harmless Released Parties from any & all injuries, liability, losses & damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Challenge or the acceptance or use of any prize. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Challenge, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Challenge-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Challenge. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Challenge, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified & all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Challenge be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Challenge, and if terminated, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Information submitted in connection with this Challenge will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
